Air condioner

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a 500.00 air condioner as a today's special value on HSN, what a joke the hose exspecially who ever invented that needs to redesign. Yes you get a 30 day return policy but being alone and even the UPS driver brought someone to help him lift it how was I returning it. I'm on a fixed income with a piece of junk product that doesn't cool anything. Then they offer a rebate that after 3 months of waiting for still isn't here but they sent it. Never again so disappointed in Delonghi and HSN. I read a lot of reviews from HSN so I know I'm not the only disappointed customer. I know they are there to make money but to take advantage of people really ticks me off, they know this product would be to hard to send back so they took advantage of that.
