She answered 4 times with a ahum !I gave her my Model #030 and she said it didn't exist !!aahhuumm!!! I said well my Operators Manual says it does Model#030 aaahhhuuummm!!!! She put me on hold for 7.23 sec came back with a Leaf Blower aaaahhhhmmmm.So she was done with me and asked Anything else !! I said hang up so I can take the SURVEY and she said No you hang up!!!! And this went on till she totally went silent...……..than I got disconnected aaaaaaahhhhhhuuuummmm.Total time 20min
