Agree WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! NOBODY WILL ANSWER or CALL BACK

Called for propane fill up from pre-buy account on Dec. 17th, 2018 at 30% full. Called again on Dec. 26th, 2018 at 20% full. Call again Jan. 9th, 2019 at 10% full..........Still no service and nobody will talk to me. I finally did get the "new customer" number to answer but he ended up hanging up on me after I told him about their poor service and it seemed strange that they would answer for new customers but would not for customers that have already paid them. Finally called another company that filled me within 3 days. Several years ago this was a good company to work with but now they are the worst to deal with......Whatever you do don't get involved with them go elsewhere !! Save yourself the headaches.
