I WAS BILLED FOR RENEWAL WHEN I DID NOT 'RESUBSCRIBE' IN THE AMOUNT OF $34.97. WHAT A RIP OFF. I CALLED TO CANCEL. THEY OFFERED $19.99 TO REMAIN AS CUSTOMER BUT I DECLINED...I DON'T USE THE MAGAZINE OR HAVE TIME. ONCE I DECLINED THE C/S SERVICE REP SAID IT WOULD TAKE ONE FULL BILLING CYCLE TO RECIEVE MY REFUND...SAID MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TAKES THAT LONG TO PROCESS THE REFUND. I TOLD HER, TWICE, THAT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NEVER TAKES 30+ DAYS TO PROCESS A CREDIT...THAT IF IT TAKES 30+ DAYS TO RECIEVE A CREDIT...THE ISSUE IS ON HEARST COMPANY. SHE TOLD ME TO HAVE A GOOD DAY. SCAM SCAM SCAM I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN POSSIBLY FIND .
