The company Agora Solutions expertly added a charge of 8.23 on my Verizon bill without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted them for proof of authorization they provided me with a registration form supposedly filled out by my wife with an IP address that had nothing to do with us. They immediately refunded all charges and it is obvious that they get caught often. Take a look at your phone bill under Miscellaneous Charges and Credits. I found 2 charges from 3rd party providers of services I never ordered. Both companies immediately refunded ALL charges with no questions asked. What legitamate service would do that without making you jump through hoops? None that I know of. Beware!
