On Monday 9/26/2016 @ approximately 11:20am I was sitting in my appropriately parked truck IN a parking spot for the Boondox Liquor Store at 3210 Ocean Beach Hwy, Longview WA. 98632. This is a small strip mall. A Coca Cola delivery truck pulled in at an angle with plenty of room to pull up and straighten out. When he pulled in, he angled his front in toward my truck. I assumed he was fine and continued with what I was doing. Then he honked at me and when I looked he was angrily appearing staring me down as if I was in the wrong. Then he aggressively yanked out his ear plugs and firmly stared at me like I was ignorant and yanked his head up/forward with his chin as if to tell me to get out of his way. I looked at him in disbelief...he scared me. I was a PARKED vehicle. He had plenty of room. What if I hadn't been in my car? He made me feel afraid and very uncomfortable. I exchanged no words nor actions. In view of the recent behaviors of people in our Country as of late, I chose to move my truck. How was I to know he didn't have a weapon? But it made me angry b/c I gave him power over me to think he could treat me in such a disrespectful manner and get away with it. The driver was of average height, medium complexion, dark soft curly hair about his face/ears, a dark beard and brown eyes. Almost appearing Hispanic/Middle Eastern. He was wearing what looked like a blue shirt and shorts delivery man type uniform. Once again, this experience made me feel very threatened and uncomfortable...well, afraid. The aggression in his face and actions were not a normal Coca Cola worker type behavior. I am old enough I have run into many of them through the years. I typically get license plate info, take pictures of scenes/cars but I felt so uncomfortable I lost my thought process.
