Agent stole my money

Don't buy any tickets from BigStub. I purchased three concert tickets from them and they charged my credit card. Several days later their agent called and said there was a mistake in their system and there were no tickets left. He promised they'll give me a full refund. He also said he could look for tickets for me on other sites. I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets myself, so I answered „Yes, that would be great. Thank you”. The next day he called again and told that it was a success. He got some tickets for me. I thought he was a nice person and I was very grateful. But then I noticed they charged my card for over $1000! I contacted that person and asked why my new tickets are so expensive. He told he purchased three tickets for $200 each. And he took additional $400 for his service!! How is that even possible? I am so angry and disappointed! I don't know how, but I need to get $400 back!
