Agent said I needed to talk to the Retention Department. I tried 3 times yesterday and today. Resorted to online only to find “Oops we’re having technical problems”

I found you to be great 4 years ago when I first purchased my supplement Medicare policy and Drug policy. This time, I can't get anyone to talk to me. The original agent, Lee Gibbons, tried to help me. He was the one who originally said I would have to talk to the Retention Department. As I stated above, I've now tried 4 times to reach someone in the Retention Department. The agent transferring me each time did nothing to see if the calls went through. They did not. I held for 30 minutes, 25 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively, until I finally hung up, trying again later. Even in trying to get information on line, I couldn't get through. I need the help you so patiently gave me 4 years ago. Thanks, Mary
