He gave me his estimate on what the property would be worth claiming he is never wrong and as a experienced agent knows these properties well. We made an offer based on that information. The appraisal came back far under what he had told me and then he started a series of false statements that he never said what he said and I was wrong and was causing a problem for him. He became so childish on the issue that he refused to talk to me on the phone or meet with me because in his words he wanted to formally document all our communications. I know this is hard to believe but it is happening. Make sure that you and your friends stay away from Agent Solorzano from the remax office in Reno. he has some real issues
