I have receiving the paper for over 40 years and never had a problem with delivery until a few months back. When the paper is delivered - it is a game of hide n' seek. It usually is underneath my car, on top of my car, on my neighbors front yard or it is soaking wet from the rain or it is not delivered. I use a cane and I requested that it be delivered at my front door (4times) and it never has been put there (everywhere else but my front door). I always gave a nice tip for the carrier and now I don't because of lousy service. Since, the paper changed delivery - please bring back the local people that used to deliver the paper. I am very upset with the delivery process.
