Aftermarket Warranty company refuses a valid claim

I purchase an extended warranty for a 2018 Camaro SS Convertible and when moving parts of the convertible top broke, they lied, said they were "Trim Pieces" and refused to pay for the repairs. Additionally they refuse to supply a complete parts list of covered and non-covered parts. This allows their compliance to be totally arbitrary.. User's recommendation: Run. Hide. Only buy new and only accept a manufacturer's warranty.
