Was very responsive and able to on line chat regarding expectations, homework, fees, etc. After they processed my credit card information my daughter was unable to log on and get any assistance. The customer care line mailbox is perpetually "full" They do not respond to emails. I suggest you report this site to all consumer protections agencies, the attorney general in your state and any press you may be able to listen in your area. IT IS A SCAM. Once they process your credit card there is no tutor available for any type of assistance...which is illegal. Businesses cannot take funds and provide NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. BEWARE.
