After the merge

This bank lacks customer service and processing deposits is very slow. Manager of the bank in Pinecrest located outer skirts of miami FL has no management back ground. Very unhappy After being a customer at this bank for over 4 years always receiving customer service from this branch. The Merge gave a huge negative impact on the bank. I’ll be closing my account ASAP
