If you’re looking to save a bundle don’t sign up with Cincinnati Bell unless you’re ready to jump ship once your contract ends. While they do deliver HDTV, fast Internet and Home Phone service, all for one low price, you can expect you’re bundle price to morph 45%, or more soon after! I understand that bundle pricing can’t last forever but, in order to stay competitive with other providers you would think they would at least attempt to offer a competitive reduction rate with Spectrum and Dish in order to keep you as a customer? Not true with Cincinnati Bell. While my cell phone provider will match any competitors price, Cincinnati Bell falls short on price, 33% more over your bundle price is all they are willing to reduce rates which is still $25 more than you can acquire comparable monthly services for 24, months, not just the 12, they offer. And their customer service… despite numerous inquiries on-line including contacts with store staff (who I don’t trust), store management and finally corporate over the phone, they aren’t willing, and don’t appear interested to maintain customers unless you want to pay them at least $25 more a month then the competition... and cause their Cincinnati Bell? However, that said, come back as a new customer and your treated completely differently (they care when you’ve buying). What I really dislike about my experience in dealing with Cincinnati Bell concerns their integrity. If they are truly interested in providing customers satisfaction, you would think they would treat customers like they wanted to keep them and that would reflect in the value of their pricing after the bundle party is over. No, keeping you as a customer won’t matter once you’re contract ends. Thank you for your attention. Warning, Cincinnati Bell only cares about selling you service hoping you will not shop the competition. I would rather give my hard earned money to someone who treats customers like they really matter.
