After service have been towed twice in 2 days

I had my vehicle towed to Coggin Honda due to my engine and VSA light being on. When I spoke to the service advisor I told him exactly what was happening with my vehicle. I requested a full diagnostic so that way this issue will be resolved. Well the next day my service advisor called me and told me in order for me to have my car up and going I need to have my starter replaced. He advised me that because I have an after market starter it doesn't work with Honda's and this is the reason I'm having his problem. So I wanted my car up and running so I told him to do it along with the other stuff I needed done such as tune up, breaks, tires, oil change etc. I get a call the next day that my car is ready. I go pick my car up. Not even 30 minutes later lights were back on. I had to be towed to Honda again! Now I'm dealing with another service advisor he tells me he's going to have them pull codes and see what's going on. So then a mechanic comes out and tells me everything looks good but my battery cable is bad which he tightened up but that's what causing the problem. He told me he would test drive it and make sure I'm good. Welp, when he went to test drive it guess what! The lights came on AGAIN! So then he tells me it's my catalytic converter! I was told it was clogged but again I had a diagnostic done and converter was never mentioned. Anyway, the converter was unclogged and I was told I will be good with no drivability issues but it will need to be replaced. Well the next day coming from work I had to be towed yet AGAIN!!! At this point I have absolutely NO CONFIDENCE in Coggin Honda and I really feel like they just took my money. First off the issue I was told is causing the problem obviously was not the case! It seems like they are just telling me anything and not taking care of the issue. In addition to that I'm sure I was way overcharged. I spent $2500 and almost $900 of that was for starter that still isn't working. For all I care they can put my AFTERMARKET starter back in back my car and give me back my money!!! Because the starter is not what's causing my lights to come on therefore my issue has NOT been resolved. In addition to this I was told yesterday morning by my service advisor that he is going to talk to the service director and get back with me but I never received a call back. Then when I go up there I was told he can't find the service director so he will have him call me. Well today is a new day and I still have YET to receive a call!! I will be escalating this as far as it needs to go because this is some straight BS!! By the way they never gave me back my aftermarket starter that I paid for either! User's recommendation: Go somehwere else!
