After Sales Team, worse customer service ever

recent developments - we had a discussion with big motoring world and it was agreed that we should drop the car with them to try and fix it again. on Saturday the 25/01/20 we dropped the car with them and they gave us a courtesy car, pending the time they fix it. they also offered us a 3 months extended warranty period (1 Feb - 30apr ) on the condition that I update my review.
