How is it possible that since I sent a message on May the 6th to Passport (on the right adress: support@***.zendesk.com) and a reminder on May the 19th , I hear completely nothing? It makes me think that Passport doesn't exist anymore?? And I fear the moment that once (f.e. after a re-installation) I can't re-installate my Encore and that I have payed 236 euro for nothing!! Please answer me, the contactperson in the Netherlands cannot help me. (What do you mean with 'More details is too short (minimum is 100 words)???
