After sales service shocking between hi-Fi Corp and hi-sense

Washing packed up after one month. Bought it new at hi-if Corp Pietermaritzburg. I have called hi-Fi Corp and they say hi-sense makes out a job card and then hands over to a contractor to check the machine. User's recommendation: Never buy a hi sense product.
