After emailing back and forth nothing got resolved

I am still waiting on them to reply back. I gave them all proof they needed but nothing has been done. I still cant depend on ADT. The person I was dealing with told me I have to do hardwire with extra cost.,,why I have to pay for hardwire. Since I got ADT 4 things got stolen from my property with no recordings of that time period. I am discussed with them rite now! User's recommendation: please don’t do ADT.
