After cancelling keeps blocking calls

I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription. Robokiller is still blocking phone calls, and because I did not renew my subscription it now blocks the phone call without sending any information. User's recommendation: Difficulty in cancelling service, it continues to block phone calls.
