After 3 weeks, my order has not been shipped and they are refusing to cancel it.

I ordered 4 items online. 2 arrived promptly and 2 have not come. One was a birthday gift and the other was for Halloween. The birthday has passed and Halloween is in 2 days and the order still has not been shipped! I requested a ship date and they would not give me one. I requested them to cancel my purchase and they told me they couldnt. Im very frustrated and will not be ordering from them again. User's recommendation: Do not shop here.
