AFPA FITNESS EDUCATION horrible customer service!
American Fitness Professional Assoc. is a horrible company to deal with. I recieved my training cert. from them, their customer service is the worst, they never return calls or emails in a timely matter if at all and when they do they are RUDE! They have a horrible return policy, I recieved a product from them that I was unsatisfied with they flat out told me TOO BAD you bought it you keep it! I will show anyone the emails, and this was from the owner/president himself Mark Occhipinti. We spend $ with these companies and once they've got it they treat you as they wish.
