Well, I have been a customer since 2015 and never claimed until recently. I was trying to cut down expenses due to the effect of Covid-19. So, I went back on my dental history services I had used in the past. I tried to utilize my benefits with Aflac and collect some of the services rendered. Boy, when it comes to paying Aflac made it hard for me. Yes, they paid the small amounts here and there. Imagine for 5 years I had been paying and probably had used it a few times. Just recently now trying to collect. Well, Aflac gave me some lame excuses basically NOT to pay up. So, today, I am cancelling! Aflac, is useless! Sad to say I wasted my money for all those years. You might as well just invest your money elsewhere. It's not worth it! I'm a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer!NO
