I am writing this email to you in complete disgust and annoyed that you and your company provide a service based on lies. I have handed this document below to Singapore Airlines when I was in Singapore. They have assured me that you and Alpha flight Guru have plagiarized the document to suit you. If you look at the attachment you provided it states outbound of an A380 and return of a NEW B777. Singapore Airlines do not have that on their itineraries. They have advised that the company I bought the tickets from have added that to the itinerary ( AFG ) They are now going to look into this further. Furthermore, they have also assured me that whilst planes get changed from time to time, its always within the 24 hour timeframe before departure. They have looked at their systems and at all times was the outbound flight CONFIRMED as an 777-300ER NOT an A380. It was never an A380. How dare you treat customers this way, I am a repeat client and have also referred many on to you through my business network, I will now use my social media department to expose this and will never use you again. Disappointed and disgusted, I hope the small commission you made based on lies was worth it.
