AFF didn't have as many features years ago, and I didn't have any problems, NONE. Now as a renewed subscriber the site is foreign to me. I have had a # of problems mostly w/IM. I contacted live support and he didn't come close in answering questions and didn't resolve my issues period! I honestly *** he was working with 2 separate accounts as his suggestions to resolve were irrelivant to my trouble. Second, I signed up with *** Status, Period! I was seeking a male/s. I did request Any matches with Lesbian couples, nor single lesbians, or bi couples. None the less the first 3 days that was almost all I was paired with. Third The actual # of actual messages in inbox rarely matches the number displayed in msg bubble leaving me to needless hunts for nonexisting msg. There are more problems with this poorly designed *** but I trust you caught on to my dismay without mentioning all of them. I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OVERALL SITES' POOR FUNCTION AND LIVE HELP SCORE = F. I AM CXL MY MEMBERSHIP.
