Original review posted by user Nov 05, 2018 Trying to get prescriptions filled, taken off hold, auto refill, all the above nightmare!! Lots of prescripts on hold. Ones on hold shipped out. No transparency what so ever. It's like talking to a baby. You have to repeat and repeat and they still don't get it!!! Lots of unanswered questions sent through message service. I think its automated response!!! Need a questions menu to try and find answers from customer help. Finally got some one that gave a right answer. My prescript was till on hold and from when I don't know no dates for prescript were given So they shipped it out anyway and charged me. I remove all billing info and they still charged me-------What!!!!!!!!!!! No instruction on how to close account!!!!!!!!!!! Just don't do it. If you do, Be your own advocate and follow up all the time. Worst experience of my life!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
