AeroGarden keeps shorting out

I plugged in the AeroGarden and received a message that said it lost power. I tried other outlets and got the same message. I followed all instructions and then called costumer service. I received a message that they are communicating by email only. I'm extremely disappointed with this product. User's recommendation: I would not recommend this product.
