This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They are deceitful! I owned a business and was using a different company when a representative from Advocate Merchant Solutions assured me they could save me money. The equipment arrived and when the representative tried to install the equipment it was not working. He called his supervisor from my business phone line to inform him that I would NOT be using their company and that the equipment was not functional. The representative left my business with the equipment and my contract was voided due to their faulty equipment. Advocate Merchant Solutions has reported a balance owed to my credit. I have made several calls to try and fix this and have it removed from my credit report. I spoke with a representative and he assured me he would get it resolved. I have never received a return call, I've left several messages so I am now reporting this company to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
