Advise against using Moneris

Update by user May 11, 2018 Zero ⭐️ all the way across the board. Original review posted by user May 11, 2018 I ordered handheld devices, could not set them up for use. Called Moneris; they were of no help. (Never ended up using, not once). They continued to bill me for months on end, even though not even one transaction was made. I called and the customer service was like banging my head on a brick wall..... I’ll see if my monthly fee come out ONE more time, and I’ll be taking legal action. STAY AWAY from MONERIS if you’d like to avoid the headaches! Also, I requested a copy of my contract, and they never provided me with it.....what does that say? I’ve discussed it with Royalbank, and I will be taking it as high up in management as I can reach because they are the ones who steered me in Moneris’s direction! STAY CLEAR! Can’t wait to hear back from Better Business Bureau!
