I wanted an autotrol 255/760 valve assembly etal (1205R). Their website picture depicted all I expected but there were options for additional parts, a lid being one of them. Confused I called for clarification and was told I did not need a second lid or the other optional parts. When the valve arrived, it was missing the cover/lid. I called [protected] and was told to email sales which I did. I explained my situation in the email and their reply accused me of not understanding their site. I explained I ordered what their sales person recommended and there was no explanation why they did not send the part as pictured on their website. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They advertise a complete device (supported with their own pictures) and ship a partial one. They refuse to accept responsibility for their deceptive salesmanship which even confused their own sales team. Shop elsewhere and avoid this bait and switch company.
