Horrible experience! Manager Dominque was very rude! I ordered two cheese burger combos he said it would take 15-18 minutes yet it took 30+ minutes and when he finally brought it it was just the burger and he said he forgot to put combos. I ordered my food at 6:23 at 7 I still didn't have the fries I got the burger at 6:50. Instead of apologizing he replies "Like I said.. And You heard me." I asked for a refund on the fries since it still wasn't up he tells me there's a no refund policy. I don't understand how someone could be so rude when they messed up and unapologetic. I hope cooperate, the owner or someone sees this because I'm highly upset and something needs to be done about this situation. I have always enjoyed adventure crossing up until tonight! I will go further with this!!!
