Advanced Lamps sold defective products and wont refund my money

I ordered a new bulb for my Sony Wega projection television from Advanced Lamps. They charged me immediatly and then sent an email stating it was on backorder with projected delivery of 3 to 4 weeks. Three weeks later i received the bulb and it did not work. I contacted them and was told to return it at my expense and they would send a replacement. I returned it. Four weeks later I received the 2nd bulb and guess what....... it didnt work. I again contacted Advanced Lamps and told them I just wanted my money back. Their response was that I only had 30 days from the original order date to get a full refund. Only after explaining to several people at Advanced Lamps that all the delays were on their end did they finally agree to refund my money. However I was again required to return their defective product to them at my own expense in order to get a refund. It is now four months from the original order date and 2 months from the return of the 2nd defective bulb and I have yet to receive a refund. I went to Sony.com ordered the bulb and had it in 2 days and it works perfect. Beware of Advanced Lamps , Their prices are cheaper but their products are low quality and their customer service is ........ well, they've yet to give me a refund.
