Advanced Lamps poor customer service, fulfillment, and order processing!

My Sony TV lamp burnt out on a Friday morning - found Advanced Lamps was one of several companies that had the right lamp and their website stated they processed orders within 24 hrs. Placed my order just past their 4PM deadline on 4 April with UPS 2nd Air shipping (extra $20). Based on this expected my order to ship on 7 April and the lamp to arrive on 9 April. Sent my first emails on 9 April when nothing arrived. Then once no return e-mails let voicemail with both sales and customer service message boxes (never got a person to answer a phone call in over 10 calls)! Finally on 10 Apr got a shipping notificiation - but order was sent via USPS, not UPS! Emailed and called again to find out why - no response. By this time I found another company to provide my lamp with overnight shipping and had new lamp from them by 11 Apr. On 14 April contacted my credit card company to dispute charges from Advanced Lamps and they removed the charfe, since no contact from them, shipping info didn't have any updates beyond shipment received on 10 Apr, and I thought I had been totally scammed. Finally on 16 April I got my lamps - but I had already received replacement from another company - so they are still in unopened box from the shipment. On 21 April, finally got a voicemail from customer service and they requested I email them - sent another email and never got a response. Today I noticed credit card company had reinstated the charge, so I emailed Advance Lamps asking for refund on my shipping charges - they finally responded to state they would refund half - because they did ship the product just not the way requested. I told them that due to not processing order within stated company policy and not shipping how requested they should have refunded entire amount. I will not and would recommend that no one ever order from them, as they don't seem to care about customers or fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Can't speak to quality of the product, since I havent used it yet, but have strong concerns it will be of similiar quality as their fulfillment and customer service is - POOR! Value of loss below includes my time attempting to contact customer service and sales department via phone and e-mail!
