Advance Lamps sent me a DEFECTIVE LAMP!

This Company has. Been the worst Online experience I every had. Advance Lamps sent me a Defective replacement Lamp for my projector And if failed after two days of use and the Company refuse to pay shipping to return the defective lamp. I finally broke down and paid to return the lamp and housing, now they won't refund my money! After 3 months of dealing with the costumer service I am still getting the run around telling me that my order is being processed. I think this company should be shut down for all it's bad practices and poor business ethics. This company should not be allowed to continue to rip off consumers.
