I started with CS 3 bought from a large retailer in Phx. Az. Loaded it - typed in lyc. no. and all other info - used the program for several years with NO problems! Upgraded to CS 6 so I could take advantage of Raw editing. The program was a down load from a adobe dealer, I installed it, typed in the ser. no. and used the program for some time. I also bought, on line elements, same thing with ser. no. All three of my programs are stand alone and have been regestered thru YOUR ADOBE System! All have worked untill now! I am told by some dimwitt that the are not valid because I did not purchase thru a valid adobe dealer!!!! A large load of crap. Now i find I can not uninstall them, some other adobe crap. I live in a rural area with limited internet service, I also am retired living on a small fixedincome. So I simply cannot afford your monthly / yearly subscriotion. Please tke another look at my ser. no. and get back to me.
