I went to the JohnDeere (aka Pape Machinery ) I spoke with the mechanics about my "Husqvarna" saw. I was told that it was not a " Husqvarna" it was a Sears saw. Husqvarna aquired a "ton" of saws and slapped on the Husqvarna name. I was told to make that saw run i will need a special carb tool that they will not sell you. I then asked the salesperson to point me to the Sthil saws. At that time i bought one. When i got home i called VMInnovatios and asked if they could sell me this tool? They told me no, that i need to take it to my local Husqvarna Dealer. I would of gone to my local Sears if we had one to try and get that tool. I cannot believe that Husqvarna would allow this to happen to not only me but to many other people from what im finding out! I said i would give Husqvarna a try and i did! I will never do buisness with Husqvarna or VM Innovations again!
