My phone calls cut off and I still get charged the full-time. I've called and asked for a refund and all they say is that someone will me back but never due. My mother recently passed due to covid and the only one helping me get thru it is my husband. But now I can hardly communicate with him because gtl charges me so much. I'm not working so what little money I do have I put it on the phone. But its been days since I've spoken to my husband and I feel myself falling into a deep depression
