ADA complaint

Hi I am staying in your Benton Harbor Michigan location and the front desk clerk is demanding a cleaning fee for a ADA service animal and then also asking me to put that animal on a leash. I tried to inform him of ADA rules though he disagreeshence this report User's recommendation: Avoid.
