Terrible Experience. They actually made my situation worse off than I was before I used them. Sent a generic letter for me to use and after I submitted I got a very angry response from Amazon saying they won't review future correspondence. Then afterwards the rep told me to resubmit THE SAME LETTER but requested I contact my supplier to reissue invoices that didn't have the right information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO PHONE SUPPORT as they represent on their website User's recommendation: AVOID.
