Terrible experience! Since purchasing our AC unit last year it has given us nothing but trouble. In the last two weeks the system has stopped working. Every time the tech came out it was a different problem. #1. Stripped wire #2. Coils froze #3. New temp control unit installed and #4, well they haven't come out yet. This final time prompting this scathing review. Contacted customer service at 524pm. Was told by customer service rep that she could not guarantee a tech out tonite and when I explained to her our problems over the past couple of weeks I asked for a manager or supervisor call me back. She flat told me that she could not do that. Now, with temps hitting 100 today my frustration is quite apparent at this point. I have contractors working in my home that has reached almost 90. What kind of company does not allow a customer to speak to a really annoyed customer at 524pm on a Monday? Is this AC unit that they sold us garbage or is the tech incompetent? I suggest looking for another company that is willing to provide you with service that shows they actually care about the customer. This is the case of a local company getting too big and forgetting who pads their bottom line. For now we are stuck with them.
