This is a company, in Playa Vista , California, that markets for various campains such as California Closets and other closet companies, mortgage companies, et cetera. As of July 2010, the mortgage company stopped doing business for them because the employees who did the telemarketing were so very rude to the potential customers, that almost all the customers threatened to sue the company. This company employs ANY type of people to telemarket new and existing customers. But the company is far less than honest and allows its employees to mistreat customers on the phone, insult them , even threaten them. I worked for this company for just over two years. During the time I was their, I made an honest living, by telemarketing. But because I did better than one male employee and made more money and won more contests( therefore winning even more money than him), on a weekly basis, he did every sneaky thing in his power to get me fired. That included calling back my clients, harrasing them while disguising his voice, threatening them, and doing other very disturbing things. When I complained to my supervisor( a snotty 25-year old by the Ari Taf and then to the owner, by the first name of : Derek), absolutely no measures were taken to stop the troubling behaviour of this male employee( a bi-sexual Asian male by the name of: Brad Chow, who wore long nails and nail polish). They were too afraid of :discrimination" against gays, to take measures to protect a valuable employee( me), who worked so hard for them and all the customers who were being disturbed and harassed. Eventually, I was fired( by the snot-nosed supervisor), with the excuse that I did not cater to the needs of the company( and I did not kiss the butt of the power-hungry supervisor) enough. Beware that this company has its employees call customers with the tag-line of the campains -----Not the company's own name( Action Marketing), posing as the campain companys' staff. This is the worst company to work for and the worst company to do business with. It mistreats loyal employees and harasses and shames and mistreats and scams potential and existing customers of the campains that it handles.
