Probably would have gave this company a 4 star rating when we were doing business with them. But we moved to SC in April and were instructed to leave our receptacle at the curb on our final day of pick-up. Received a bill of 75.00 from them (minus a 48 dollar credit they owe us) in July saying receptacle was missing. Had to fill out a stolen trash can form in which they wanted trash can number and my favorite, a map of the crime scene. Claim they never got first form, so just sent another one out today, Sept 10th. Form they send implies I'm responsible. Wait and see what happens.
