I am a dealer and installer for Accu-Weld windows. What you are not told is that a defective window that has to be replaced is covered under warranty, although as Michele told me in the billing department that you have to read the fine print and we do not cover shipping cost are the labor to replace the window or parts. The cost of the window is about $200 and the shipping is $15 and the travel time and cost for your labor is not covered. The cost of travel to this location and the tools involved was over $100. Do not buy these windows ever.
