My account was terminated without notice. Not a problem except that I can no longer access any of my orders on line which means I cannot track returns to be sure the correct amount is refunded. They make it so that you cannot even call them because you get a busy signal. My account was cancelled because I cancelled too many orders - not too many returns but too many cancellations. The other channel they bought, hsn, gives you till midnight to cancel and order in case you change your mind. User's recommendation: Be cautious if you cancel items because they lock you out like they are fort knox.
