Hi, I bought 2 tickets for momentum barcelona, last year. I decided that I can't go and my son as well so we found somebody who wants the tickets. But, surprise! I couldn't go into my account - after desperate attempts, someone told us to check if is still active. Voila!! Was not. I was not informed about it, not on email not over the phone. Luckily I wanted to sell the tickets otherwise on the day to go to barcelona I would have had a big surprise, and why? Because is impossible to contact the administration to reactivate my account. I am really disappointed. I am trying for several days, I left my phone on their robot option for hours. I tried different options, I left my phone number to be called - 3 times. I sent an email and i've got a reply "thank you for contacting worldventures support. Your request is assigned to case number  cas-2797735-n1p4f0 . A member of our support team will contact you to resolve your inquiry." _ obviously nobody called. Time is ticking and barcelona is approaching. If I lose the tickets who is going to give my money back? Is not that I didn't pay my membership, my card was in the system, i've got an email saying that there is a problem with my card. I went into my account (1-2weeks ago) I put my card as primary (before was my son's) and I did everything I was asked in the email. And that's it. From there I had no reply. Good or bad. Now what?
