Account on my credit report

These people gave credit 2 someone I have never heard of they use my email address and my credit is slowly being destroyed because they I didn't order anything and so now I'm my credit score is going down slowly I don't understand how that could happen would just giving somebody credit just cuz they know my email addressI User's recommendation: Don't know what to say I have no recommendations.
