I went into the Cherry Creek retail store late January and signed up for the VIP membership in-store. I have since tried accessing my account and have had no luck. I have called customer service several times and they told me they could not find any record of me in the system. (we tried my full name, email, phone number, and even the card that I used) This is extremely concerning considering I have been charged $49.95 twice now for a membership that supposedly does not exist. I'm sure you can understand my frustration. I would like to be refunded ASAP for the $99.90 that I was charged. I would be glad to provide bank statements that show I have been charged. User's recommendation: DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR VIP IN-STORE.
