Seems like I'm still having an issue. Trying to get an old account unlocked and all I keep getting is anemail that is totally unrelated to my current and ongoing issues. Suppose I'll just pester the *** outta the game masters until I get the problem resolved to my liking. User's recommendation: Be very clear about what u want or you'll get a polluted feedback.
