Not only that they charge up to 15% in fees for a booking in general, they also provide no or very poor service for that. They don't respond to e-mails properly and have a quite uneducated form of communication. Issues get repeatedly ignored as the previous consumer also stated. So I can confirm his bad experience. Furthermore, they change settings (like instant booking) in your account without asking and don't reset them when asked to do it. They don't care about their customers at all. I cannot recommend this company to anybody, there are better platforms out there which offer better service.
