Account level down to 1 and all coins gone

I had my account for years and was level 21 with over 50,000 coins, it would never let me log in with facebook so I was logged in with a miniclip ID under my email, but I finally got to set up with my facebook and now my account has completely restarted and ive lost everything. Please fix this. User's recommendation: Set up with facebook from the beginning.
